What files do I need to upload?
A blueprint PDF (the store fixture plan) is required. A BOM file (PDF, Excel, or JSON) is optional but helps match fixture codes accurately.
My project says "Still processing" — what do I do?
Processing usually takes 30-60 seconds. You can leave the page and come back — it keeps working in the background. If it's stuck past 5 minutes, delete it and re-upload.
The map looks blurry or text is hard to read?
Pinch to zoom in — the map has high-res tiles that load as you zoom. If it's still blurry, try re-uploading with a higher quality PDF from the source.
How do I search for a fixture code?
Tap the search bar and type any code (like 1GF001). A marker arrow will point you right to it on the map. Tap the search button again to cycle through multiple matches.
Can I search by department name?
Yes! Type any department — Baby, Pets, Grocery, Electronics — and it will show every fixture in that area on the map.
How do I set my entrance on the map?
Long-press (hold your finger) anywhere on the map to drop an entrance marker. This helps you orient yourself when navigating the store.
What does the BOM card show when I tap a code?
It shows the full breakdown for that fixture — bays, sides, shelf dimensions, parts list, and quantities. Everything you need to build or verify the gondola.
Some codes aren't showing up on the map?
This can happen if the PDF text is embedded as images instead of selectable text. Upload a BOM file — it helps the scanner find codes that are hard to read from the blueprint alone.
Can I use this offline?
Once a project is loaded, it stays cached on your device. You can view and navigate the map without an internet connection.
I uploaded the wrong file — how do I start over?
Go to the home screen, tap the red Delete button on the project, then upload again.
It says "This PDF looks like a document, not a blueprint"?
You probably put the BOM in the blueprint slot. The top upload is for the large fixture plan PDF. The bottom upload is for the BOM (parts list). Swap them and try again.
