EASYBOM ("the App") is developed by RalphWorks. This policy explains how we handle your data.
Account information: When you create an account, we collect your email address, name, and a securely hashed password. We never store your password in plain text.
Uploaded files: Blueprint PDFs, BOM files, and signage PDFs you upload are stored on our servers to provide the app's functionality. These files are associated with your account.
Messages: If you use the messaging feature, your messages are stored on our servers. Messages are only visible to you and the recipient.
Social data: If you enable discoverability, your name and email may be visible to other users searching for friends. Friend connections and online status are stored to provide the social features.
Your data is used solely to provide the EASYBOM service — processing blueprints, generating interactive maps, and enabling fixture code search. We do not sell, share, or monetize your data in any way.
Your data is stored on secure servers in the United States. Passwords are securely hashed and all connections use HTTPS encryption.
Your uploaded files and account data are retained as long as your account is active. You can delete individual projects at any time through the app. To delete your account and all associated data, contact us at the email below.
The App does not use any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services.
The App is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
