By creating an account or using EASYBOM ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
EASYBOM is a blueprint viewer and BOM decoder tool developed by RalphWorks. The App allows users to upload blueprint PDFs, process them into interactive maps, and search fixture codes.
You must provide a valid email address to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. One account per person.
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes. You may not:
You retain ownership of all files you upload. By uploading content, you grant RalphWorks a limited license to process and store that content solely to provide the service. We do not claim ownership of your files.
The App includes an optional messaging feature between friends. Messages are stored on our servers and may be reviewed if abuse is reported. We reserve the right to suspend messaging for accounts that violate our acceptable use policy.
You may optionally make your account discoverable so other users can find and add you as a friend. This is turned off by default. You can disable it at any time in Settings. Friend connections are mutual — both users can see each other's online status.
We strive to keep the App available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the App at any time without notice.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. RalphWorks is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the App, including loss of data.
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
